Oogie Boogie's power and toughness and equal to the number of insects you control plus the number
of horrors you control.
{x}{t}: Choose target player. Flip a coin and roll
X 6-sided dice. If the coin is heads the targeted
player gains life equal to the dice result,
otherwise they lose that much life instead.
Anytime two or more dice are rolled and
all the dice land on a 1, you may re-roll
any number of those dice
