If you would roll one or more dice, instead roll
twice that many d4s. The total of the roll is half
the total of the d4s, rounded up.
Whenever you roll one or more dice, put a +1/+1
counter on Oogie Boogie, Gambling Addict for
each die rolled. When Oogie Boogie, Gambling
Addict has 20 or more counters on it, exile it,
then return it to the battlefield.
