At the beginning of your turn, if this card is in
your hand, you may pay {u} and tap target ooze
you control. If you do, reveal this card from your
hand and put a splut counter on target creature.
When Ooze Fest enters the battlefield, all
non-ooze creatures with splut
counters on them cannot attack or block until its controller pays {p/u}{p/u}. All oozes with splut
counters get +1/+3.
