When Ophilio enters the battlefield, you may
search you library for an Equipment card,
put that card onto the battlefield, then shuffle.
Tideturner - If you control less lands than each opposing player and have less cards in hand
than each opposing player, you may equip
the Equipment card to Ophilio instead of
putting it onto the battlefield.
