Opportunistic Scrapper

While this card is on the field, whenever a Tech,
Droid, or Vehicle card is sent to the Netherworld,
the player can choose one:
• Exile the card sent to the Netherworld and gain Credit Counters equal to its summoning cost and
place them on any card on your field.
• Play the card back to the field, but it does not
have its abilities and reduce its attack and defense values by 3 (cannot go below 1).
