If you would begin your turn, you may skip that
turn instead. If you do, you get a power counter.
At the beginning of your precombat main phase, transform Ora, Time Weaver if you have two or
more power counters. Then remove all power counters from the game.
Exile Ora from your graveyard: Put five time
counters on it. It gains suspend.
