Oracle

She is a priestess that made prophecies about the future. People went back to ask stuff to the god Apollo, for example,who would answer through the Oracle. The Oracle would give the gods answer to the people. One of the predictions made by an oracle, stated that the wall of wood would save Athenis from a Persian invasion.
