When Oracle enters the battlefield create a token thats a copy of Oracle.
Flying
{r}, Expend a charge: Deal 1 damage to target attacking or blocking creature. Use only when attacking or blocking.
{u}, Expend 3 charges: Choose a player. You may look at the chosen players hand at any time until the end of your next turn.
{u}, Expend 3 charges: Tap target creature and put a stun counter on it.
Oracle gets 2 charges each upkeep and can hold up to 5 charges.
