When Oraculum enters the battlefield destroy 3 enchantments (If opponent does control 3 or more and you control at least 1 of the enchantments on the battlefield destroy opponents and your enchantments. If no players control enchantments each player loses {x} enchantment out of 3 is not destroyed).
