Orator of Antithesis

Whenever an opponent casts a spell, for each
of that spell's colours, apply the following effects:
-White: Exile that spell unless its controller pays {2}.
-Blue: Exile the top four cards of that player's
library.
-Black: That player loses 2 life and you gain 2 life.
-Red: Orator of Antithesis deals 2 damage to any
target.
-Green: Put two +1/+1 counters on Orator of
Antithesis.
