At the beginning of your upkeep, reveal any
number of blue or white cards from your hand.
Whenever a player casts their first spell each
turn, counter that spell unless they pay X,
where X is the number of cards revealed this
way until the beginning of your next Upkeep.
Your maximum hand size is 5.
It gives off a strange and unsettling aura.
