Orb of Silence

A cold blue orb covered in warping shadows.
Anything the orb touches does not cause any sounds.
The owner can activate the orb to create a 10 foot sphere of silence centered on the user. No sound
can travel in the sphere. No spells requiring a vocal component can be cast. The sphere lasts up to 1
minute and requires concentration. The user has
to touch the orb during the whole duration. The orb
has 3 charges that refresh whenever the user takes a
long rest.
