Whenever Orbrum, Tome Glutton deals combat damage to a player, that player discards a card at
random.
Whenever a player discards a card, put a +1/+1 counter on Orbrum, Tome Glutton. Then, If a creature card with flying was discarded, put a
flying counter on Orbrum, Tome Glutton. The
same is true for first strike, double strike, deathtouch, haste, hexproof, indestructible,
lifelink, reach, trample, and vigilance.
