Will of the council — At the beginning of your
upkeep, choose target creature. Starting with
you, each player votes for heretic or faithful. If
heretic gets more votes, destroy that creature and
each player who voted this way gains a poison
counter. If faithful gets more votes or the vote is
tied, you create a 3/2 colourless Eldrazi Horror creature token.
