Your deck may only contain lands, instants, and sorceries. Ordellion, God Engine must be your commander.
Whenever you cast an instant or sorcery spell you own, search target opponent’s library for a spell of lesser converted mana cost. You may cast that spell as though it had flash without pay it’s mana cost.
