When Orgrimos, Cruel Monarch enters the battlefield, you become the Monarch.
During each upkeep, put a -1/-1 counter on each creature controlled by players who are not the Monarch.
If a creature controlled by a player who is not the Monarch dies, that creature's controller loses 1 life and you gain 1 life.
