Whenever Origin Palkia enters the battlefield,
exile creatures until each player only controls 3
or less creatures. Players draw cards equal to the
amount of creatures on their side that went into
exile.
As long as Origin Palkia, Lord of Space is on the
battlefield all players are limited to 3 creatures each.
This card can't be regenerated nor can it be
exiled.
