As long as Oris is tapped, it has indestructible.

Whenever you deal combat damage to a player, put a number of +1/+1 counters on Oris equal to the damage dealt.

If Oris is put into a graveyard from anywhere, you lose the game unless you pay an amount of life equal to half your starting life.
