Whenever a player casts a spell, put a +1/+1
counter on Orisa. If this is the third time this
ability has resolved this turn, draw a card and
reveal it. Orisa deals damage equal to the revealed
card's mana value to any target.
Once during each of your turns, you may cast a
spell with mana value less than or equal to Orisa's
power without paying its mana cost.
