If you control a non- Boss creature with the
highest power among creatures you control, put
a Boss counter on it.
Creatures you control get +1/+0 and have
trample and creatures your opponents control
get -0/-1 and loses first strike, until end of turn,
for each Boss creature you control.
(A creature with a boss counter on it, is a Boss in
addition to their other types.)
