Whenever a player casts a spell, that player rolls a
6 - sided die and does one of the following based
on the result:
1: print out the mtg cardsmith featured card and
put it into your hand
2 or 3: creatures you control gain haste until end
of turn
4, 5, or 6: each player discards a card
