Whenever an effect would end at the end of a
turn, you may make an aura enchantment for
each permanent or player affected by the effect.
The aura enchantment has," enchant permanent
or player," and immediately attaches to the
permanent or player its affect was copied from.
This enchantment has the same effect as the
original effect, but does not end at the end of the
turn.
