When Ornn enters, create The Forge Hammer, a legendary colorless Equipment artifact token with "Equipped creature gains +1/+1" {t}: Put a Forge counter on target equipment, and equip {2}. Attach The Forge Hammer to Ornn.

Equipment with Forge counters on them give equipped creatures and additional +1/+1.

Ornn gains +1/+1 for each equipment with a forge counter equipped to other creatures.
