for each time that spell has been cast from the
command zone this game.
At the beginning of your upkeep, scry 3, then
you may reveal the top card of your library. If
you reveal a creature card with defender, put it
into your hand. Until end of turn, that card
costs {1} less to cast for each commander you
control.
