Orum can be your commander, can be played from the command zone, has no commander tax, and is green, white and blue.

All non-land permanents have starting loyalty counters equal to their mana value and may be attacked as though they were planeswalkers. Whenever a non-land permanent has no loyalty counters on it, it's controller sacrifices it.
