When a non-legendary, non-token creature dies create a 2/1 Horror token with Decayed and put a +1/+1 counter on Oryx.
When a Legendary creature dies, you may remove
two +1/+1 counters from Oryx and create a token that's a copy of that creature. It's an Horror in addition to its other types.
