Permanents you control are basic lands with
"{t}: add {1} to your mana pool" in addition to
their other types and abilities. The same is true
for permanent spells you control and permanents
you own in your library, hand or graveyard.
You may play any number of lands on each of
your turns. Whenever you play a land, if it was
not the first land you played this turn, you lose 2
life.
