Archer creatures you control have haste.

Put an arrow counter on that creature. Creatures
with arrow counters can't block.
{2}{g},{t}: Otera deals X damage to target creature
with flying, where X is the number of Archer
creatures you control.
{4}{w},{t}: Put a +1/+1 counter on each Archer
creature you control.
