Ouroboracle

When summoned, declare one type: creature, or
non-creature. Reveal the top card of your deck. If
you declared a creature and reveal a creature, you
may summon said creature, ignoring all
summoning restrictions. If you declared a
non-creature and reveal a non-creature, add said
non-creature to your hand. Otherwise, discard
the revealed card, and destroy this card.
