Ouroboros

Ouroboros enters the battlefield with X +1/+1 counters.
Whenever Ouroboros deals combat damage to a player, prevent that damage.
For every point of damage prevented this way,
you and defending player mill a card.
Ouroboros gains a +1/+1 counter for each card
that is removed from a player's library.
