Turn target face up card face down. If it is on the battlefield, treat it as though it was manifested. (Face down cards in exile have no text and cannot be cast therefrom. If on the battlefield, it becomes a colorless 2/2 creature, and its controller can turn it face up at any time for its mana cost.)
Then, you may transform Out of Sight.
