Enchant creature or planeswalker
Place 3 time counters on enchanted creature, at
the beginning of your upkeep remove a time
counter. Whenever all time counters are removed
destroy this creature, return Out of Time to its
owners hand.
Enchanted creature cannot attack, block or
use activated abilities.
