Outflank

When chosen, secretly note one of your own units. Cost = 1/2 scale (round up). Play at the start of deployment, set that unit to one side
and state that it is outflanking. Secretly rite down which flank they will be arriving from. Turn 1, start of Movement phase, reveal
which flank the unit will be arriving from. During the second movement phase, the unit can be activated.
