Over-Disclosure

Each player reveals their hand and library,
then shuffles their library.
Groat knew it was smart to tell the Dimir what
they already knew, but also to let them know he
knew that they knew. He also made sure that
they knew he didn't want to disrupt plans he
didn't know about, but knew they had.
