Overabundant Minds

Whenever a player casts a spell, each player exiles the top card of their library, then they may cast a card exiled with Overabundant Minds, if they do, they exile another card from the top of their library.
If the card the player chooses is a land, they may put it into play under their control tapped.
If a player would draw a card when there are no cards in their library they instead shuffle all cards from exile that they own and their graveyard into their library and draw three cards.
