Overabundant Minds

Whenever a player casts a spell from their hand, they choose a player to exile the top card of their library. Then the player who cast that spell may play a card exiled with Overabundant Minds.
If they do, they exile the spell they cast.
If a player would draw a card when there are no cards in their library, they instead shuffle all cards they own that are exiled with Overabundant Minds into their library, then they draw a card.
