Destroy all permanents you control that would make you have no maximum hand size.
Draw a card, you may repeat this process any number of times. For each card drawn this way, if it would make the number of cards in your hand become greater than your maximum hand size you lose one life.
At the beginning of your next end step you have no maximum hand size until end of turn.
