When Overgrown Dragon enters the battlefield,
put an overgrowth counter on target creature.
When Overgrown Dragon leaves the battlefield,
any creature with an overgrowth counter on it
gets a +1/+1 counter and Fading 3.
Whenever a creature with an overgrowth counter
leaves the battlefield, return Overgrown Dragon
to the battlefield.
