When played put a -1/-1 on another pelican.
Overly Proud Pelican cannot attack unless
there is another pelican in play under
your control. Whenever another pelican
enters the battlefield under your control
put a -1/-1 counter on it.
When Overly Proud Pelican attacks it gets +1/+1
as well as every other attacking pelican.
