Overwhelming Knowledge

Your opponent plays with their hand revealed, on each players turn you may cast a card from your opponents hand as if it had flash, mana spent to cast those cards counts as mana of any color. You may also pay 3 to discard a card instead of casting one. Each time you do this add a counter to it, when it reaches 4 counters, you may an artifact or architect card from your hand without paying it's mana cost each turn.
