Overwhelming Mage

Overdraw 5 - Whenever a creature enters the battlefield, you may pay {5} minus the amount of opponents you have. If you do, that creature enters the battlefield tapped and doesn't untap during it's controller's next untap step.
His waters overwhelm the creatures, almost drowning them. They normally need some time to rest after experiencing his magic.
