Overwhelming Sunrise

Whenever a player taps a permanent for
mana on another player's turn, that
permanent produces {w} instead of any
other color or amount.
There are very few shadows not stretched, fewer
eyes not drawn, and fewer still spaces not bathed
by the light of a perfect sunrise.
