When a creature you control deals damage to a creature you may pay up to X where X is the damage dealt: If {U} is paid, surveil 2. If {B} is paid, target creature gets -2/-2 until end of turn. If {R} is paid, Owain deals 3 damage to target player. If {G} is paid, target creature gets +3/+3 until end of turn. This ability triggers only twice each turn.
