does not take a normal action.
Choose one:
• Counter a spell or spell-like ability cast by
a non-boss enemy. If the enemy is a boss,
weaken the spell instead.
• Choose any character you can see.
You learn that character's True Name.
When you acquire this, gain Oxana, Unforgiving.
