Ozec, God of Gods

Ozec, God of Gods can't leave its controller's
battlefield for any reason, therefore it can't be
destroyed or exiled.
If an opponent targets a creature with a spell or ability counter it unless they pay {1}. If an
opponent plays a creature put a -1/-1 counter on
it. If an opponent plays and non-creature spell
deal 1 damage to them. if another creature leaves
the battlefield return it to the battlefield unless
an opponent pays 3 life. When you play a
creature gain 3 life.
