Oziak, the Mad Emperor

If a source would deal damage to Oziak, the Mad Emperor, discard that many cards, then prevent 1 of that damage for each card discarded this way.
Whenever Oziak is dealt damage, for each 1
damage dealt, exile a card from the top of your library with a madness counter.
As long as you have no cards in hand, you may
play cards you own from exile with madness counters on them.
