At the beginning of your upkeep, if Packmaster is untapped, choose a creature your opponents
control at random. The chosen creature is tapped
and doesn't untap during its controller's untap
step. Put a -1/-1 counter on the chosen creature
and tap Packmaster. Packmaster doesn't untap
during your untap step if the chosen creature is
tapped.
