Pact of Domination

Pact of Damnation deals damage to any target
equal to the total amount of mana permanents
you control can produce.
At the beginning of your next upkeep, tap all
mana producing permanents you control for
mana, then empty your mana pool, then Pact of Damnation empties your mana pool. If you don't,
you lose the game.
