Pact of Mammon

When Pact of Mammon enters the battlefield, put a tithe counter on each of
up to two target creatures, then double the number of tithe counters on each
permanent.
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep, for each tithe counter on a permanent they control, they lose 1 life
unless they pay {1}.
