Pact of The Forest

Pact {4} (This enchantment costs its Pact cost,
if your Commander has the drafter keyword)

As long as Pact of The Forest is on the
battlefield, lands are forests. Nonland permanents
are green. The same is true for spells and nonland
cards that aren’t on the battlefield. Players may
spend green mana as though it were mana of any
color. They may spend other mana only as though
it were colorless mana.
